ESA Business Incubation Program
In March 2010 VLC was selected for the European Space Agency's business incubation program. This program is supported by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, the European Space Agency ESA, the Kreissparkasse München Starnberg (local bank), and the German Aerospace Center (DLR). In July VLC's second office took up its operation in the business incubation center.

8.-13. Juni 2010 Berlin: VLC presented its newest generation laser communication terminals for aircrafts, UAVs and HAPs at the International Aerospace Exhibition ILA in cooperation with the VLC partner DLR. Also the newest developments for the mobile optical ground station were shown for the first time.
